I hope that after today's seminar, other seeds of this partnership will be sown, in order to promote cooperation in the development of both education systems and to offer better opportunities for students” he added.

This is a remarkable memorandum of understanding for the relationship of cooperation between universities in long-term and effective training programs of both parties.
