GOVERNMENT

1. Government Resolution 41/NQ-CP dated March 30, 2023, regarding counterpart capital for the Ben Luc-Long Thanh Expressway project.

2. Prime Ministerial Decision 319/QD-TTg dated March 29, 2023, approving the project to combat counterfeiting and protect consumers in e-commerce until 2025.

3. Prime Ministerial Decision 308/QD-TTg dated March 28, 2023, approving the action plan to implement the foreign investment cooperation strategy for the 2021-2030 period.

4. Prime Ministerial Decision 300/QD-TTg dated March 28, 2023, approving the national action plan for transition to a transparent, responsible and sustainable food system in Vietnam to 2030.

5. Government Office Notice 100/TB-VPCP dated March 28, 2023, regarding Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha’s conclusion at the meeting on adding the Thanh Son Airport planning to the master plan to develop airports nationwide in the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050.

6. Government Office Notice 94/TB-VPCP dated March 24, 2023, regarding the government standing committee’s conclusion on the investment project to build the North-South Expressway’s western section between Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) and Chon Thanh (Binh Phuoc), and the construction of the Ninh Binh-Nam Dinh-Thai Binh Expressway.

7. Prime Ministerial Instruction 08/CT-TTg dated March 23, 2023, regarding major tasks and solutions to accelerate allocation and disbursement of public investment capital, the implementation of three national target programs of 2023, and the socioeconomic recovery and development program.

8. Prime Ministerial Decision 258/QD-TTg dated March 17, 2023, approving the roadmap to apply the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process in construction.

MINISTRY OF FINANCE

1. Decision 407/QD-BTC dated March 20, 2023, approving the 2023 implementation plan of the Revenue Administration Restructuring Support Project funded by the Japanese government through the World Bank.

2. Decision 391/QD-BTC dated March 17, 2023, changing the tax authority directly managing major businesses.

MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

1. Decision 691/QD-BCT dated March 21, 2023, extending the time for applying safeguard measures to imported long steel products.

MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS

1. Decision 466/QD-BTTTT dated March 28, 2023, regarding the 2023 action plan to implement the national strategy to develop digital economy and digital society until 2025, with an orientation to 2030 under Prime Ministerial 411/QD-TTg.

STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

1. Decision 574/QD-NHNN dated March 31, 2023, regarding refinancing interest rate, re-discount interest rate, and the interest rate applied to overnight loans in inter-bank electronic payments, and loans making up deficiency in clearing payment between the State Bank of Vietnam and credit institutions and foreign bank branches.
