Accordingly, the department pays proper attention to the opinions from the business community to reform, accompany, develop, and bring the customs-enterprise partnership into substantial reality.

Following the guidance of the leaders of Hung Yen Province, the Hung Yen Customs Department has maintained effective coordination with other departments and agencies in attracting investment, increasing budget revenue, improving the competitiveness index, and promoting socioeconomic development of the province, considering this a very important political task. Accordingly, the department closely follows the guidance of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee to coordinate with various sectors to promote local economic development, ensure state budget revenue, accompany businesses, and especially supervise professional performance of customs officers according to the "top-down" system in a transparent, professional and effective manner.

The department has signed an agreement to promote its partnership with thousands of businesses. It has made three commitments with the business community and publicly posted them at their offices: Commitment to scheduled time to handle administrative procedures; Commitment to service quality; Commitment to the attitude, working style and behavior of customs officers when interacting and working with people and businesses.

The department has organized working groups to meet and interact with businesses to disseminate the contents of the agreement on developing the customs-enterprise partnership. They listened, answered the queries and supported the businesses. This activity has been appreciated by the business community. On June 8, 2022, the department held a dialogue with approximately 200 import-export enterprises. The dialogue contributed to creating a bridge between businesses and leaders of Hung Yen Province and local management authorities.

In the coming time, the Hung Yen Customs Department will continue effective fulfillment of its major tasks, including tightening discipline in accordance with the regulations of the customs sector and the law, and combating corruption. At the same time, it will further develop the customs-enterprise partnership, creating favorable conditions for businesses to go through customs procedures. It will also provide consultancy for the Provincial People's Committee to organize dialogues and meetings with businesses with the participation of functional departments and branches of the province.

In addition, the department will tighten inspection and control of enterprises engaged in manufacturing products for export. Attention will be focused on reviewing revenue sources, especially the situation of import and export activities. Administrative reform and modernization of customs activities will be accelerated. Training will be intensified to improve technical qualifications for customs officials.
