FUSO brand introduces new concrete mixer truck

(VEN) - The FUSO truck brand officially announced an entirely new special purpose truck – the concrete mixer truck FUSO Mixer FJ 2528RMC.

FUSO Mixer FJ 2528RMC is a completely built-up (CBU) vehicle imported from Daimler India, which has been successfully introduced in 9 countries of Africa and Asia.

The new special purpose truck with a gross vehicle weight of 24 tonnes and two rear drive axles (6x4) comes with a powerful engine delivering 280 Hp and maximum torque of up to 1100 Nm at low revs between 1200 - 1600 rpm. This engine has a displacement of only 6,400 cc, which means this truck operates more efficiently and consumes less fuel and is completely matching with the 7 cu. m capacity of the concrete mixer drum - which is designed based on the real needs of customers. The engine works most effectively with the transmission Power Take-off (PTO) and the hydraulic mixer system. Especially, the FUSO Mixer FJ 2528RMC is equipped with the Mercedes G131 transmission, renowned for its endurance, with 9 synchromesh forward gears making gear changing easier and smoother.

The thicker, deeper long members in the FJ chassis are designed to last longer and support heavier load. The longer, thicker bulges in the cross members add additional strength. The FUSO FJ mixer truck also comes standard with anti-roll bars on both front and rear axles for greater safety. The anti-roll bars help increase vehicle stability, allowing it to have an optimal stability while on the corners. The Parabolic front suspension with enhanced functionality increases comfort and drivability, while the multileaf bogie rear suspensions have more and thicker leaves to last longer and carry heavier loads.

The FUSO Mixer FJ employs the 7 cu. m concrete mixer drum made by German firm Schwing Stetter, the world's leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of premium concrete production and handling equipment. Schwing Stetter's conrete mixer drum is persified in types, including wet and dry jet mixing drums. The truck is equipped with a 800 - liter water tank, a large volume for stronger water pressure, performance is optimized thanks to low center of gravity of the mixer. In addition, the mixing drum uses advanced technology besides modern fashion design, easy for manipulating, reducing costs of maintenance services, while bringing high efficiency and cost savings.

The FUSO Mixer FJ truck possesses a robust and modern look. Its cabin is designed highly focused on safety, while the suspension system using springs with enhanced functionality helps minimize the direct impact to the driver in order to reduce fatigue while driving, and maximize driver comfort and convenience, increasing driver productivity. Besides, the truck also comes with a lot of utilities and conveniences for the driver, including the three-way adjustable seat, air conditioner, electric windows, the tilt and telescoping steering wheel, and central locking. Especially, the smart dashboard cluster displays more than 20 parameters: Engine brake, exhaust brake, low pressure warning, the ambient temperature controls, air pressure gauges ...
