At the recent conference "Provide information and exchange good experiences in state management of postal service", Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Pham Anh Tuan said that despite many challenges we faced due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the postal industry still achieves an average growth rate of 20 - 30% in 2021. The Deputy Minister also said that the Postal Development Strategy to 2025 and orientation to 2030 will focus on promoting E-commerce and Logistics fields with market size of up to 70 - 80 billion USD by 2025, as well as promoting the transition of the postal industry from traditional services to digital services.

To keep up with the government's vision of turning the postal industry into an essential national infrastructure and digital economy, businesses in the industry need radical transformations. Besides the domestic market, the J&T International service of J&T Express has officially deployed delivery to more than 200 countries and territories from Asia to the Americas such as Japan, Korea, the United States, Canada, etc. From January 7^th, 2022, J&T Express will also expand its network in the Middle East, specifically in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This plan is a response of J&T Express to the increasingly popular "borderless" shopping trend, along with the demand for express delivery of goods in import and export activities in Vietnam.
