The Prime Minister has decided to appoint Tran Tuan Anh, who is Minister of Industry and Trade as the Chairman of the Subcommittee of the Vietnam-Belarus Inter-government Committee for economics - trade and science - technology cooperation.

Vietnam and Belarus established their diplomatic ties in 1992.

Over the past years, the two nations have seen a strong growth in their cooperation across all fields.
