Agribank Hung Yen: Service quality constantly improved

In order to create favorable conditions for the people, Hung Yen Agribank has constantly improved service quality, diversified products, and distribution channels. In addition to traditional distribution channels such as transactions at counters and ATMs, the branch has promoted distribution channels via electronic devices such as E-Mobilebanking and Internet Banking. Distribution channels through the branch's mobile transaction points have brought banking products and services closer to and made them more convenient for customers.

In the implementation of the project on promoting ATM card service in agricultural and rural markets under the direction of Agribank, Agribank Hung Yen promotes the development of card services and overdraft loans via card to the rural and agricultural market to promote non-cash payments and contribute to repelling the black credit.

As a result, in the beginning months of 2022, under the drastic guidance and synchronized implementation of the Board of Directors’ solutions, Agribank Hung Yen achieved positive results: The outstanding loan balance grew well, reaching 86.61 percent of the 2022 target; capital had a stable growth, and the branch took the lead among credit institutions in the province in terms of mobilized capital; the branch fulfilled 76.73 and 75.6 percent of its 2022 financial and service revenue targets, respectively.

Agribank Hung Yen is striving to obtain the best achievements related to the remaining targets at the end of the fiscal year.

In addition to developing loans for individual customers, Agribank Hung Yen promotes lending to businesses with the motto “Agribank Hung Yen accompanies businesses for economic development”. The branch also advises and supports corporate customers in production and business activities as well as sharing and finding solutions for businesses in difficulty.

Agribank Hung Yen annually donated to gratitude funds, funds for the poor, study promotion funds, child protection funds, and support funds for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, among others. Every year, the branch presented hundreds of gifts to poor households in the area on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, and supported the purchase of learning equipment, and medical equipment.
