Aeon Vietnam continues to rank up in the top 100 best places to work
This year is the third time participating in the survey, AEON Vietnam has made great strides in the rankings. Specifically, the enterprise has broken through to the 21st position in the Top 100 Vietnam Best Places to Work 2022, up 60 places compared to 2017 when we participated in the survey for the first time. For the category of Top 5 Best Places to Work in Retail/Wholesale/Commercial Industry, AEON Vietnam is currently in 2nd place out of 34 companies in the same field in Vietnam.

Previously, in June this year, AEON Vietnam was voted by 14,000 students as one of the Top 50 most attractive employers for Vietnamese students through a survey conducted by Anphabe in conjunction with Intage.
The working environment at AEON Vietnam is not only highly appreciated by external talent sources, but also positively recognized by internal employees working at the enterprise. The representative of AEON Vietnam said that AEON Group considers Vietnam the second key market after Japan to focus development resources. In the plan to 2030, the business will accelerate its expansion with the goal of reaching 30 Shopping Malls and General Merchandise Stores by 2030, 100 AEON MaxValu in Hanoi by 2025, and at the same time promoting digital transformation, developing featured products including AEON's Private Brand…
