With many years of experience in the air cargo industry, ACSV has provided services to nearly 30 airlines around the globe including notorious names such as Hong Kong Air Cargo, Cargolux Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Fedex, Airbridge Cargo, Vietjet Air as well as various charter flights carrying variety of special cargo types such as: live animals, high value shipments, super-sized and super-heavy cargo.

Moreover, ACSV has been successfully certified for many international air cargo standards such as the Third Country Regulated Agent (RA3) following EU commission’s regulation, IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Furthermore, in the Second quarter of 2018, ACSV will complete the Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA)’s certification assessment to ensure absolute security for all Airlines cargo.

Strategic moves to be more competitive

The air freight market in Vietnam has been growing rapidly in recent years as more than 500.000 tons of cargo was already transported via HAN station in 2016 - an increase of 17 percent in comparison to the previous year.

In order to fulfill the customers’ demand for higher services standard and facility improvement, ACSV has been investing into a new project of cargo terminal expansion (CT2), which is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2018. After the completion of such significant project, ACSV‘s handling capacity will reach 500,000 tons annually.

Binh added: “ACSV is also planning to invest more into modern equipment such as Truck dock, Workstation, automated ULD roller system, and elevating transfer vehicles - ETV in order to enhance the automation level of the service chain. The project is designed with strict technical requirements to provide the most convenient, safe and economical services for customers. A new standard of air cargo services is expected to be established at Noi Bai International Airport as well as contribute to logistics chain rvice quality improvement”.
