The VND1.05 trillion project, invested in by Long Hau Corporation, will offer services including consultancy, environmental hygiene, equipment and factories for rent for investors in the Da Nang High-Tech Park.
Vice Chairman of Da Nang city People’s Committee, Ho Ky Minh, said that the construction of the facility aims to create the most favourable conditions for investors, while supporting businesses who are operating at the park, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, thus stimulating more investment in the city.
Established in 2010, the Da Nang Hi-tech Park covers nearly 1,130ha in Hoa Lien and Hoa Ninh communes of Hoa Vang district. It is set to become one of the major sci-tech hubs in Vietnam and the region.
The building of the park aims to create an optimal environment in terms of technical infrastructure and policies for domestic and foreign organisations, individuals, and businesses to research, develop, and apply high technologies, train high-tech human resources and produce and supply high-tech services.
