According to FC Kaiserslautern’s expert Fritz Fuchs, his club chose Tu because of his skills and spirit of overcoming illness.
“I am very happy and surprised at this invitation. It is a challenge and pressure in my life, but I will try and take full advantage of this rare chance,” said Tu.
In Germany, Tu will have around 7-14 days of trials. If he qualifies, he will be the first Vietnamese footballer to play in Germany.
FC Kaiserslautern have won four German championships, two DFB-Pokals and one DFL-Supercup./.
