A delegation of Vietnamese enterprises are showcasing their products at Thailand's National Science and Technology Fair 2015, which opened at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Centre in Nonthaburi province on November 15.

First organised in 1986, the event is the largest science and technology exhibition held annually in Thailand, attracting much attention from the public. Last year, the fair drew more than one million visitors.
Thai Minister of Science and Technology Pichet Durongkaveroj said the annual fair aims to display advances in the field of science and technology in Thailand and raise the public’s awareness of the importance of science and technology, particularly among the younger generations. He expressed hope that with the enhanced attention given to science and technology from young people, Thailand will gain many achievements in this field in the future, contributing to the national development.
The displays of Vietnamese enterprises, showcasing technology products have drawn much attention from Thai visitors and partners.
According to the Organising Board, this year's fair has drawn the participation of more than 100 enterprises and science research organisations including many international guests from the US, the UK, Japan, China and Republic of Korea.
The fair is scheduled to conclude on November 25./.
