(VEN) - Providing environmentally friendly organic and mineral fertilizers meeting the needs of safe agricultural production, the Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (VADFCO) is contributing to sustainable development of organic agriculture.
Fertilizers help soil improvement According to scientists, as soon as produce is harvested, plants take out from soil carbon (C), hydrogen (H) and oxygen (O) in addition to 19-21 micronutrients including iron (Fe), boron (B), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), cobalt (Co), copper (Cu) and molybdenum (Mo), among others. If plants are properly fed with such macronutrients as nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) in addition to calcium, magnesium, silicon and micronutrients such as zinc, boron, molybdenum, they will grow well, be strong, resistant to pests and disease and safe for people, and provide high yield and quality.
According to economists, fertilizers account for 18-22 percent of agricultural production costs but make a more-than-55-percent contribution to the product value. Therefore, choosing a fertilizer suitable to each plant and using the fertilizer properly and in accordance with soil conditions is crucial for economic efficiency.
Over the past few decades, chemical fertilizers were used widely in Vietnam, limiting crop productivity, increasing and diversifying pests and crop disease, degrading soil, and polluting air and water sources.
Minimizing the use of chemical fertilizers and increasing the use of environmentally friendly organic and mineral fertilizers is very important to produce safe agricultural products and develop agriculture on a sustainable basis.
The Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company does not provide chemical fertilizers but natural mineral fertilizers meeting the needs of organic and safe agricultural production. VADFCO multi-nutrient phosphate fertilizers are produced with heat technology and without chemicals, making them environmentally friendly and suitable for high-tech and organic agricultural production. Nutrients, including phosphorus, magnesium, silicon, calcium, iron, boron, manganese, zinc, cobalt, copper and molybdenum, account for more than 96 percent of the product structure.
VADFCO phosphate fertilizers are insoluble in water so they are not washed away but completely dissolved in the sour substance of the roots and therefore nurture plants from the beginning to the end of the crop. If more fertilizer is applied than the crop needs, the fertilizer will remain in the soil for the next crop. Only when plants secrete acid or in an acidic environment, the fertilizers will dissolve and release A++ ions, which have the effect of de-acidification and fortify agricultural soil, and adjust the soil environment to a state more suitable to plants.
VADFCO fertilizers are alkaline rich and help improve and increase the porosity of the soil, and they do not harden the soil like other chemical fertilizers do. In the production of VADFCO fertilizers, no chemicals are used and no waste is allowed to pollute the environment.
Japanese and Korean analysts say VADFCO fused phosphate fertilizers achieve a very high efficiency rate - over 98 percent. These fertilizers are good for most crops such as rice, corn, potatoes, cassava, beans, peanuts, short-term vegetables, flowers, fruit trees, especially specialty plants and high quality fruit trees.
|Using VADFCO fertilizers helps minimize the use of pesticides, protect the ecological environment, improve soil, reduce costs, control pests and disease, and increase productivity, quality and efficiency, contributing to clean, sustainable organic agriculture.|
