Located in a prime location in the Southern Key Economic Zone, the Chau Duc Urban Industrial Park & Golf Course can easily be connected to most major traffic hubs in the region, as it is connected to National Highway 56, 13km from National Highway 51, 44km from the city of Vung Tau, 16-19km from the Thi Vai-Cai Mep Port system, and 54km from the Long Thanh International Airport. Notably, Chau Duc can not only be linked to provinces, cities and major economic hubs in the southeastern region due to its location close to Ba Ria - Vung Tau province’s administrative center, it is also convenient for attracting workers in the region and neighboring localities.

Spanning an area of 2,287 hectares, Chau Duc has become a leading industrial park in the region, including 1,556ha of industrial park and 731ha of urban and trade areas, and a 36-hole PGA international standard golf course. The complex benefits from modern infrastructure with a diversified and convenient transportation system (including two to six-lane roads), communication networks, gas, electricity and water supply, wastewater treatment and fire prevention systems.

Investors in the Chau Duc Urban Industrial Park & Golf Course can benefit from a 17-percent corporate income tax for 10 years, be exempt from paying that tax for the next two years and enjoy a 50-percent reduction in the tax in the four subsequent years.
