Coffee exports soar in first two months

It is estimated that Vietnam shipped 273,000 tonnes of coffee abroad for US$616 million in the first two months of 2017, down 7.3% in quantity but up 22.3% in value compared to the same period last year.

(VEN) - According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, pepper exports are expected to yield US$1.6 billion in 2017, 13 percent higher than in 2016. Although pepper production in a number of localities decreased in January due to pests and drought, it remains a major export in 2017.
Turkey urged to ease trade defence against Vietnamese goods
