Trade surplus exceeds US$1 billion in Q1

(VEN) - According to the General Statistical Office, Vietnamese export revenues reached US$33.346 billion in the first quarter of this year and import revenues US$32.339 billion resulting in a trade surplus of more than US$1 billion.

(VEN) - Peru highly appreciated potential for business cooperation with Vietnamese partners, particularly now that Vietnam is a member of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum and the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP). The fact that Peru opened its embassy in Vietnam in 2013 showed that the government of Peru wanted to further boost its ties with Vietnam. New step to support EU companies in Vietnam

(VEN) - The General Department of Customs said that despite a trade deficit of about US$279 million in the first half of this March, Vietnam recorded a trade surplus of US$1.01 billion with the world by March 15, 2014.
