In the event of server failures, a replacement product will be sent to the user even before the defective item being returned to Synology. Moreover, Synology will ship a replacement product as early as the next business day after receiving users' SRS applications. With appointed carrier, free shipping will be offered for collecting defective products and sending replacements.
