Early diagnosis and treatment are critical to ensure an effective management and prevent implications of these illnesses, however, there continue to be challenges that affect patients’ early access to these healthcare services.
Phu Lang Pottery Village

(VEN) - Located about 60km northeast of the capital Hanoi, Phu Lang has become one of the most famous traditional pottery villages in Vietnam. The village in Phu Lang Commune of the northern province of Bac Ninh’s Que Vo District has a long recorded history. According to historical records, the village was founded by Luu Phong Tu, who was sent to China at the end of the Ly Dynasty to learn pottery making at the imperial court.

Water pouring season in the northwest

(VEN) - In May and June, when the summer rains start in Vietnam’s northwest, farmers go to the rice fields to plant a new crop. The site of the rainwater pouring down into layers of terraced fields is so unique that it has a name, “the water pouring season”.
