Vietnam graduates into large technology projects

(VEN) - Vietnam has built a crude oil tanker with a capacity of 100,000 tonnes. In implementing the ambitious project, scientists also successfully designed and constructed a 300,000 tonne dry dock at the Dung Quat Shipyard, the country’s largest dry dock ever.
Dow joins hands in protecting the environment on Earth Day 2017

Dow joined Vietnam Environment Administration (VEA), Centre for Environment and Community Research (CECR), United State Embassy in Hanoi in holding Earth Day 2017 with the message “Join! Act! – For the clean water of Vietnam” with the purpose of raising public awareness of controlling and protecting water and educating public about responsibilities in protecting water through specific environmental activities.

(VEN) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc inspected a waste-to-energy (WTE) technology model in the Dong Van 2 Industrial Park in the northern province of Ha Nam last month. This is a made-in-Vietnam invention, which converts waste into a synthesis gas used as fuel to generate electricity.
