This new Evoque is the first facelifted version of the successful Range Rover SUV that has ever graced the city of Hanoi after it was globally introduced in February 2015. This red Evoque is currently available at the Land Rover Vietnam’s official dealership in Hanoi and is expected to go on sale in the first month of 2016.
In comparison to its predecessor, the new Range Rover Evoque 2016 features subtle yet elegant changes that have managed to further enhance this SUV’s appearance. The changes include a larger front bumper, optional LED headlamps, a larger air dam and a revamped front grille. This new Range Rover also gets revised alloy wheel design and a rear spoiler while, the taillights too have been given LED treatment.
All these attractive styling elements are not limited just to the sheet metal, as the 2016 refreshed Evoque gets significant updates in the interiors as well. The most important changes are the new seats, both front and back, which now get optional extras like heated and ventilated front while, the rear gets heated outboards. Additionally, a large 8-inch touchscreen has been integrated at the centre of the dash that looks aesthetically pleasing and is easy to use as well. This infotainment screen also comes with Land Rover’s InControl Apps that seamlessly integrates Apple and Android smartphones.
The new Evoque is powered by a TD4 engine block that is offered in two states of tune, 150 hp and 180 hp. In addition, customers can choose a petrol engine with 240 hp that has the ability to be accelerated from 0 - 100 km/h in just 7.6 seconds, before hitting its top whack of 217 km/h.
Though, Land Rover Vietnam has not announced its official prices yet, the new Range Rover Evoque is retailed at a starting price of $44,800 in the UK./.
