Capital for new projects should only be allocated to those with urgent needs after finishing all administrative procedures, said the PM.

The programme to reinforce, preserve and upgrade sea dyke systems has been implemented since 2006 with the aim to actively prevent and respond to floods, storms and rising sea levels; minimise impacts; serve socio-economic development; and ensure security and defence in coastal localities./.
