Overseas Vietnamese (OVs) have been encouraged to register for joining the annual “Xuan Que Huong” (Homeland Spring) program scheduled to take place at the National Convention Center in Hanoi on February 7, 2018.

The program, jointly held by the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Hanoi People’s Committee, is expected to see the attendance of President Tran Dai Quang and other Party and State leaders, together with representatives of Hanoi and ministries, agencies and localities.
The event will feature performances by famous domestic and foreign artists.
