In his address, Thang said the launch of a direct air route connecting Auckland in New Zealand to Ho Chi Minh City will further bilateral cooperation in investment, trade, tourism, and education between the two countries and two cities in particular.

Thang said as the two countries are members of the TPP agreement, it’s important to step up bilateral cooperation in economics, culture, and education.

Mr. Joyce urged the two sides to boost ties in education, IT, science, technology, trade, tourism, agriculture and food safety. New Zealand will strengthen links between the two countries’ enterprises and create more opportunities for Vietnamese people to participate in training courses in New Zealand./.
