Nearly 600 Vietnamese and foreign businesses operating in the processing, packaging, plastics and rubber industries are showcasing their latest products at two exhibitions that opened in Ho Chi Minh City on March 20.

The Processing and Packaging Exhibition (ProPak Vietnam) introduces visitors to the largest and most international range of technology and integrated solutions catering to all segments of the processing and packaging industry.
At the event, the 13th of its kind, 11 booths were on display by 420 businesses from 29 countries and territories, including India, Germany, Japan, Thailand, and the Republic of Korea.
Meanwhile, the 7th International Plastics and Rubber, Technologies and Materials Exhibition and Conference for Vietnam (Plastics & Rubber Vietnam) saw the participation of 160 firms from 20 countries and territories worldwide.
The firms brought their latest technological updates to the event and facilitated the exchange of ideas and insight into the rapidly expanding plastics and rubber industries.
The events were co-organized by UBM SES Vietnam Exhibition Services Co. Ltd. and Messe Düsseldorf Asia Pte. Ltd., to provide opportune platforms for the industry players to build up their brands, maintain strategic relationships, establish numerous promising contacts and close fruitful business deals.
The two exhibitions will run until March 22 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre, 799 Nguyen Van Linh street, Tan Phu Ward, District 7.
