As many as 99,415 Vietnamese workers left to work abroad from January to October this year, marking an increase of 4.65% compared to the target set for 2015.

According to the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs' Overseas Labour Management Department, statistics from enterprises show that the total number of workers sent abroad in October was 8,857, of which 2,878 were women.
Chinese Taipei continued to be the largest market for Vietnamese labourers in October (4,415 workers), followed by Japan (2,112 workers), the Republic of Korea (843 workers), Malaysia (838 workers), Saudi Arabia (302 workers), and Macao (China) (37 workers).
In the last ten months, the number of Vietnamese guest workers marked an increase of 109.1% over the same period last year./.
