Binh Phuoc Province’s Quarantine Area and Field Hospital located at An Loc Plaza have 1,000 beds for quarantine patients and 300 beds for treatment. This facility is in charge of receiving, separating, conducting first aid, caring for and curing Covid-19 patients from Long Binh Municipality and Hon Quan, Loc Ninh and Bu Dop districts, and is ready to share the burden of other localities in the province if need be.

Looking forward to a sustainable business development goal, since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, Japfa Vietnam has donated over 11 tonnes of chicken, nearly one ton of pork and some 128,000 chicken eggs worth nearly VND800 million as a way to encourage those fighting the pandemic on the front line and to ease difficulties of people nationwide. Especially, in June this year, the company donated US$1 million (approximately VND23 billion) to the Central Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front to contribute to the Covid-19 Vaccine Fund to join hands with the Vietnamese Government in the mass vaccination drives for the public as a precondition for economic recovery.

Japfa entered Vietnam in 1996 through the joint venture with Vietnam Livestock Corp. In 1999, Japfa became a wholly foreign-invested company - Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Limited Liability Company - headquartered in Huong Canh Town, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province. The company is now operating six feed production factories, more than 300 poultry and livestock farms, and a network of some 30 stores selling meat and processed foods under the brand name of Japfa Best. Given its staff of over 5,500 skilled employees, Japfa is step by step expanding its business, contributing its part to animal husbandry development in Vietnam.
