HCMC supplements 285 Lunar New Year outlets

(VEN) - Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Department of Industry and Trade Deputy Director Le Van Khoa said that the city would increase its price-stabilizing outlets by 285 until the Lunar New Year holidays (Tet) including 4 supermarkets in Binh Chanh District and District 12, 33 shops and 26 Co.op stores.

The Ho Chi Minh City Women’s Association would also set up two shops and 31 outlets in residential areas and traditional markets.

During this coming Tet, the city would develop four price stabilization programs targeting food, foodstuff, the new school year, milk and medicines and involving 59 production and trading businesses and five credit institutions (these institutions have committed to provide VND1,960 billion worth of preferential loans for businesses in these areas) /./
