(VEN) - The Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HBC) and Agrimeco recently won an about VND3 trillion package to build steel concrete and steel structures of the VietinBank Tower project invested by the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank).
The project would include a 48-storey hotel tower, a 68-storey office tower and a 9-storey podium which would meet international standards such as the Building Information Model (B.I.M), the US LEED green building rating system, and Vietnam’s VGBC Lotus.
After completion, the 363m-high VietinBank Tower would become the highest building project in Vietnam.
The Hoa Binh-Agrimeco joint-name business currently is the engineering-procurement-construction (EPC) contractor of the VND770 billion package to build steel concrete and underground structures of this project.
The HBC-built VietinBank Branch 1 and Representative Office project in Ho Chi Minh City is scheduled for completion and transfer by the end of this month./.
