Hanwha Life Vietnam paid over VND 21 billion (21,127,605,000) of insurance benefits to a customer living in Binh Tan District, HCMC, demonstrating its strong commitment to customer protection with the highest priority.
This is not only the biggest claim of Hanwha Life Vietnam but also one of the biggest claims of local life insurance market.
The customer purchased two policies from Hanwha Life Vietnam since 2015, including An khang tai loc and Tich luy linh hoat. During the insured period, she unfortunately suffered from a critical illness and passed away in Feb 2020. After receiving the benefit payment request, Hanwha Life Vietnam has immediately settled a claim, and also sent representatives to visit and help customer’s family overcome the emotional distress and financial loss.
Sharing about the historical claim settlement, Nguyen Nha Ngoc Tram Anh, Chief Management Officer Hanwha Life Vietnam said that “deeply sympathize with our customers for the loss and the difficulties, we immediately paid insurance benefit for the amount of over VND 21 billion. It showed Hanwha Life’s strong commitment and always stand by and protect our customers from every risks and difficulties in their live. We also believe that it would be a solid financial foundation to help customers' families settle down and continue to pursue their plans in the future”.
With the mission “bring peace of mind and protect the customers and their families through life insurance products”, Hanwha Life Vietnam has paid nearly VND532 billion of insurance benefits to thousands of customers since operated in 2009. Particularly in 2019, Hanwha Life Vietnam has paid VND172 billion of insurance benefits to customers. The financial support helps customers and their families overcome difficult times, settle down and plan for their future.
