By the end of 2019, Hanwha Life Vietnam expects to open ten more centers, making the total number of customer service points to more than 150 nationwide.
Hanwha Life Vietnam officially opened the Saigon Customer Service Center on the 14th floor, PARK IX building, 8 Phan Dinh Giot, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City. This large and modern center plays an essential role in Hanwha Life Vietnam's business activities in Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Yeo Seung Joo, General Director of Hanwha Life Insurance Company (Korea), Mr. Back Jong Kook, Chairman of Member Board and General Director of Hanwha Life Vietnam and other Board members of Hanwha Life Insurance (Korea) and Hanwha Life Vietnam had attended the opening ceremony.
Within the fourth quarter of 2019, the company has continuously opened six other Customer Service Centers in Bien Hoa (Dong Nai), Quy Hop (Nghe An), Thanh Oai, and Dong Anh (Hanoi), Tuyen Quang and Hai. Chau (Da Nang). This continuous expansion of the network represents a substantial development in business operations and aims to continuously improve and enhance the customer service quality of Hanwha Life Vietnam.
