Ha Tinh effectively implements Politburo’s Directive No. 35

Politburo member, Secretary of Party Central Committee (PCC) and Head of the PCC’s Commission for Communication and Education Vo Van Thuong held a meeting with the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee on the implementation of Directive No.35 from the Politburo on the organisation of Party congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Party Congress.

Speaking at the meeting, Politburo member Thuong spoke highly of the achievements obtained by the Party Committee, authorities and people of Ha Tinh in the past tenure. In spite of the many difficulties, Ha Tinh’s economic growth increased 1.5 times, with the GRDP per capita having increased from VND44 million in 2015 to VND62 million in 2020. People's living conditions have constantly been improved while political security, social order and safety have been maintained.

The Party official also hailed Ha Tinh for seriously implement the Directive No.35 of the Politburo. The Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee has actively set up subcommittees and assistant groups for the organisation of the congress, issued guidance and plans for the grassroots Party committees, as well as paid due attention to the inspection work.

Politburo member Thuong urged Ha Tinh to continue to focus on leading, directing and completing political tasks, especially the targets of socio-economic development, improving the cultural and spiritual life of the people, ensuring social security, maintaining political security and social order and safety. He also asked for the completion of the draft political report to be submitted to the provincial Party Congress.

In addition, the provincial Party Committee should improve their accountability in the process of commenting on draft proposals submitted to the 13th National Party Congress, strictly and thoughtfully implement processes and regulations on personnel work, continue to maintain a stable political environment, and improve the effectiveness of information dissemination and patriotic emulation movements.
