The exhibition is one of several activities of the programme “Light it up blue” during April to raise public awareness of autism.
The event was organized by To he - a social enterprise specialising in supporting people with autism. Over the 12 past years, To he has organised many meaningful activities to help people with autism as well as bring information about people with autism to the community.
Besides hosting the exhibition throughout the month, two free workshops for parents who are interested in autistic children will also be organised to provide intervention methods, and support parents with children with autism in connecting with the community.
The exhibition features nearly 50 works by seven artists, bringing positive energy to the community through the pure world view of autistic people.
The event contributes to giving the public a proper insight into autism and reducing discrimination against children with autism.
