Competitive advantage from sea tourism

(VEN) - Sea tourism is one of prioritized orientations identified in the Vietnam’s tourism development strategy to 2020 with a vision to 2030. Accordingly, from now to 2020, Vietnam will form five highly competitive sea-based tourist attractions in the region including Ha Long-Cat Ba, Lang Co-Son Tra-Hoi An, Nha Trang-Cam Ranh, Phan Thiet-Mui Ne and Phu Quoc Tourist Site. Other potential tourist areas, including Van Don-Co To and others, will also be invested and developed.
Ford Vietnam Posts Best-Ever May Performance

(VEN) - Ford Vietnam announced its best-ever performance for the month of May with overall retail sales rising 51 percent versus a year ago to 932 units. Ford’s record May was driven by the best-ever sales month for the Transit and continued strength in demand for both the Ranger and Fiesta nameplates.

Tourists to Quang Ninh exceed 55 percent of yearly target

(VEN) - The Quang Ninh Province Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism said that Quang Ninh Province received 4.2 million tourists in the first five months of this year accounting for 55.1 percent of the yearly target and increasing by one percent from a year ago.
