(VEN) - Charity Caravan 2030 is one of regular activities of the 2030 Businessmen Club which perform many social activities to help poor pupils. One of them is donating bicycles for local children to go to school. The program has been organized for 10 years to different remote regions in every part of the country.

In April 29th morning, the Charity Caravan 2016 “Northeast border” program under the theme "Accompanying pupils to School" was launched in Hanoi with participation of the 2030 Businessmen Club members (of the Saigontimes), representatives of sponsor Ton Hoa Sen and guests.
This year, the 11th Charity Caravan 2030 - “Northeast border” will donate 300 bicycles and 500 gifts including: school bags, notebooks, sweaters, water bottles, school supplies (rulers, compass) to poor students in the mountainous Quan Ba district, Ha Giang province. The program will last from April 29th – May 3rd going from Ha Noi to Ha Giang - Cao Bang - Lang Son – and Ha Long.
In 2015, the 10th Charity Caravan 2030 with the theme "10 Years Caravan 2030 – Sea and Island Voyage" had the largest participants with 200 members. On the Saigon - Ninh Thuan - Nha Trang - Dalat – Saigon tour, the group carried out charity work "Accompanying pupils to School" in Phuoc Thanh A elementary school, Phuoc Thanh commune, Bac Ai district - Ninh Thuan province, handling 320 bikes, 500 gifts including school bags, notebooks, books and other school supplies with total value of over VND700 million. At the program, businessmen raised VND17.5 million to build a filtered water system for pupils in Bac Ai district./.
