CPI drops sharply in March

(VEN) - The General Statistical Office said that the consumer price index (CPI) fell by 0.44 percent from February to March and increased by just 4.83 percent in the first three months of this year.

(VEN) - In 2014, the global economy has shown many improvements but still faces numerous challenges - this will have a considerable impact on the Vietnamese economy. This was the opinion of Joseph E. Enterprise Law second amendment facilitates enterprise’s integration

(VEN) - The enterprise law has been amended for a second time and the Ministry of Planning and Investment recently announced the amended bill that would create more conditions for business restructuring, establishing businesses, promoting equal treatment of businesses of different types and offering better protection of the legitimate rights and interests of investors, shareholders, members of a business. The amended law is expected to pave the way for businesses to compete in an international environment when a series of major economic, trade agreements are signed in the near future.
VLI Logistics Index unveiled

(VEN) - The Vietnam Logistics Business Association and the Vietnam Research and Development Institute of Logistics launched the VLI Logistics Index to provide businesses and investors with information about the logistics industry. The VLI Logistics Index has more advantages than the Logistics Performance Indicators (LPI) that are announced every two years by the World Bank.
