New DHL intra-Asia network flights

(VEN) - DHL, the world’s leading cross-border express services provider announced the launch of a new DHL intra-Asia network flight, connecting the economies of Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong-China, as the latest enhancement to its Asia air network. The flight connects Bangkok, Hanoi and Hong Kong-China five times per week. Utilizing a newly converted Boeing B737-400SF freighter featuring a gross payload of 21 tonnes, the route will be operated by K-Mile Air of Thailand, a partner of DHL.

(VEN) - Vietnam, 7 November 2014 – Boehringer Ingelheim today announced data from a pre-specified subgroup-analysis of the pivotal Phase III LUX-Lung 3 trial which demonstrated that Asian non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with the most common type of EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion; del19), lived significantly longer after receiving first-line treatment with afatinib compared to chemotherapy (33.3 vs 22.9 months, respectively).
Vietnam tops 10th ASEAN Skills Competition

(VEN) - Vietnam won 15 gold, six silver and seven bronze medals, ranking first at the 10th ASEAN Skills Competition that wrapped up in Hanoi on October 29th. This was the third time that Vietnam won the champion title in the 10 times it has participated at the competition.
