Cargill completes US$20 million factory expansion project

(VEN) - Cargill Feed & Nutrition (CFN) recently completed a US$20 million project to expand its factory in Binh Dinh Province which is one of the CFN’s eight feed facilities in Vietnam. After expansion, the Binh Dinh-based factory’s production capacity would increase by four fold from 60,000 tonnes to 240,000 tonnes per year, and the total capacity of existing eight factories would increase to 1.4 million tonnes per year.
Increasing autonomy for investors and businesses

(VEN) - The government is drafting amendments to the Enterprise Law and Investment Law to increase autonomy for investors and businesses. The amendments will be submitted to the National Assembly for approval later this year with the aim to further improve the investment and business environment.

Tea sector sets up coordinating board
