The implementation plan is built on the basis that the population in Dong Nai Province up to now is about 3.22 million people (about 904,800 households). Vegetables are among 19 items of the province's price stabilization program

Units participating in the price stabilization program must have a commitment to participate in the province's stabilization program (for enterprises committed to price stabilization), and strictly comply with the unit's commitments and regulations of the program. In addition, the units participating in the program must organize the distribution of goods in accordance with the approved plan to create and supply goods, to ensure that the goods participating in the program meet the quality and food safety standards. Units participating in the price stabilization program have to list prices and sell goods at the right prices that have been appraised and approved by the Department of Finance.
