(VEN) - The People’s Committee of Dong Nai and Bosch Vietnam signed on September 26 a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance the province’s Industry 4.0 training program.
The partnership’s objective is to support vocational schools in Dong Nai province with opportunities to access Industry 4.0 advances, enabling students to acquire, master and operate Industry 4.0 technologies effectively. In addition, the parties shall facilitate close cooperation between vocational education institutions in Dong Nai and Bosch Rexroth in the area of training and developing qualified workers to meet the needs of businesses in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era.
The cooperation will impart Industry 4.0 training to teachers of vocational education institutions in Dong Nai with a high focus on Automation, Mechatronics, Pneumatics and Hydraulics. The training activities will be held in Dong Nai province or abroad if necessary. In addition, Bosch Vietnam will support vocational education institutions in Dong Nai set up and adjust training programs to meet Industry 4.0 requirements. The company will also organize technical seminars to share updated knowledge about Industry 4.0.

Furthermore, we have actively developed training programs at our vocational education institutions”, said Nguyen Hoa Hiep, Vice President of Dong Nai People’s Committee. “We are pleased to work closely with Bosch – a technological leader, so that we can continue to accelerate the development of a highly-skilled labor force that will help shape the Dong Nai economy.”
