Since the establishment in 2013, this prestigious award handpicks world class corporations with high levels of employee engagement and excellent workplace cultures.

HR Asia conducted the survey with a custom-made tool based on a total engagement assessment model to measure employee engagement. This model aims at helping companies better understand their employees to improve human resources activities. The survey differentiated between three main categories: the first one is called “Core” and includes the collective organization for real engagement. The second category is about the concept of “Self”, covering heart, mind and soul and the third category refers to “Group”, encompassing the areas think, feel and do. DKSH scored considerably higher than the prevailing industry in the last category. This falls in line with DKSH Identity, having collaboration as one of its core values.

Jorge Martin-Martinez, Vice President, Indochina Finance & Head Country Management, DKSH Vietnam, said: “Our employees are our biggest asset. Therefore, there is no greater honor than to receive such a prestigious award for the best place to work for in Vietnam. This is a testament to the continuous commitment of DKSH Vietnam's Human Resources and management teams to create a working environment that fosters learning, professionalism, well-being and equality for its employees.”
