(VEN) - Emirates airline announced an offer of complimentary Dubai visas for passengers from Vietnam. Passengers who book return tickets from Ho Chi Minh City to Dubai from 20 October to 20 November, 2015 for departures from 20 October to 15 December, 2015 will get free Dubai visas which normally cost up to USD90 each.

This offer is only valid for inpidual travellers and a maximum stay of 30 days.

Mohammad Sarhan, Emirates’ Country Manager in Vietnam, said: “With this complimentary visa offer, we would like to provide passengers from Vietnam with a unique opportunity to discover the global city of Dubai this winter.”

Dubai, a charming gem in the heart of the desert, is full of excitement and wonder in winter. In this ideal weather, many outdoor activities and events take place promising memorable experiences to visitors.

Various international sports and other major events take place in winter. For example, golf lovers may head to the DP World Tour Championship being held in Dubai from 19 to 22 November 2015; The Dubai Rugby 7s, will take place from 3 to 5 December.

The 12th edition of Dubai International Film Festival, another major event in Dubai’s Calendar, will be from 9 to 16 December, 2015.

Apart from its glamorous and modern side, Dubai also has a rich heritage and culture. Visitors can do a walking tour of the Old Textile Souk before crossing Dubai Creek by abra, a kind of water taxi, to explore the Spice Souk and Gold Souk.
