Could you tell us more about the company’s achievements?

Right from the first day of establishment, we set long-term strategies and goals to be able to contact foreign investors directly. Over the past 12 years, Delco has been known as a serious contractor working hard to obtain customer trust. Our projects are completed ahead of schedule, meeting investors’ requirements and criteria. We are ready to share the difficulties with investors in Vietnam.

What differences has high-tech agriculture brought?

When participating in high-tech agriculture, Delco has taken advantage of its valued experience and favorable conditions in terms of infrastructure to save costs and optimize the working environment.

The Delco Farm project went into operation in mid-2018. Located in Bac Ninh Province’s Thuan Thanh District, Delco Farm covers an area of 6ha. The farm is one of the smartest and modern farming models in the north. Delco engineers and Vietnamese partners design and develop monitoring programs, automatic controlling systems, and use of the Internet of Things (IoT), helping reduce costs and implementation time, and easily expanding the farming model.

The farm has two blocks for egg-laying hens with more than 40,000 hens, a 1,000sq.m hydroponic vegetable garden, and four Kimoji melon gardens with an area of 1,700sq.m each. Delco Farm also has an air supply system, exhaust gas system, roof-top air-cooling system, and a heating system for the hens.

In 2018, Delco Farm reached revenues of more than VND30 billion.

What’s next for Delco?

Delco will work with research units to seek new environmentally friendly materials, promote mechanization in construction and installation, and apply smart technologies in design. Regarding the agricultural sector, we will strengthen technological application to increase productivity and control risks.
