BCI celebrates the best in Vietnam’s architecture, building and design industry

Vietnam’s 10 most-active property developers and architecture firms were awarded BCI Asia’s Top 10 Awards at the annual BCI Asia Awards ceremony held on June 30.

The portfolios of the top developers are valued at US$1.82 billion, while the portfolios of these elite architecture firms comprise US$9.71 billion worth of properties scheduled to start construction in Vietnam this year. These firms were chosen based on the greatest aggregate value of projects under construction during the last full calendar year, weighted by the extent of their sustainability efforts.

BCI Asia Top 10 developers 2022 are: BCG Land JSC, BRG Group, BW Industrial Development JSC, CapitaLand Development (Vietnam), Danh Khoi Group JSC, Flamingo Holding Group, Hoang Huy Group, Hung Thinh Land JSC, Nam Long Investment Corporation, Vinhomes JSC.

For architecture firms, pre-tender projects were included to recognise early incorporation of Green design efforts.

BCI Asia Top 10 architects 2022 are: Alinco Ltd, Archetype Vietnam Ltd, Archivina Construction Technology Consultant & Investment JSC, Baumschlager Eberle Architekten, HAS Architecture JSC, Humphreys & Partners (Vietnam) Design Co. Ltd., Huni Architecte, Kume Design Asia Co. Ltd., NDA - New Design Associates Limited (NDA Group), TwoG Architecture JSC.

The event also showcased regional winners and merit recipients of Asia’ leading Green design competition FuturArc Prize and BCI Asia Interior Design Awards. Details will be made available on FuturArc and Construction Plus platforms for each competition respectively in the coming months.
