Ford Vietnam brought lots of its new products to the Vietnam Motor Show this year, the most prominent among which was the all-new Everest.
The front fascia of the SUV shows a wide, modern stance. Headlight clusters now include new, modern-looking LED DRLs while front chrome-plated grille features 2 horizontal bars in between. Front bumper now connects with 2 fog lights on the 2 sides. Strong shoulder lines and 2 large side power mirrors integrated with turn indicators make up side profile. The overall boxy appearance is no more and instead be replaced by aerodynamic fastback design.
Additionally, new interior completes the redesign of Ford Everest. Exquisite and spacious cabin consists of premium materials carefully crafted while at the same time being very practical for families thanks to panoramic sunroof and power rear doors.
The Titanium 4×4 version features 3.2L turbocharged engine (197 hp, 470Nm) along with SelectShift 6-speed AT. Standard equipments include projector headlights, front/rear fog lights, adaptive headlights, auto windshield wipers, cruise control, dual zone climate control…
Other versions make use of a diesel 2.2L TDCi Titanium 4×2 Dura Torque VG Turbo capable of producing 160 hp at 3.200rpm and 385Nm at1.600 to 2.500rpm or a diesel 3.2L TDCi Titanium 4×4 Dura Torque VG Turbo with max power at 200 hp (at 3.000rpm) and max torque at 470Nm (at 1.750 to 2.500rpm).
